NRMA mobile app
Led the UX design for a 12+ month engagement with NRMA, focused on introducing a new membership program, implementing new features including EV charging and cashback rewards, and improving the overall user experience of the app. My role involved interaction design and research, as well as supporting the UI design. This included conducting research interviews, analysing and iterating on the information architecture, creating user flow diagrams, creating and testing wireframes, and implementing the hi-fi designs based on the brand and UI direction. The project aimed to expand NRMA’s service offerings while optimising the app’s usability and boosting customer satisfaction.
